Data Deletion
One click in the extension, or one email to us. Everything is gone within 24 hours.

1. From the extension
- Click the LexaKeep icon in your browser toolbar to open Settings.
- Choose Delete all my data and confirm.
2. By email
Write to support@lumerexa.com from the Google address you connected, with the subject "Delete my LexaKeep data". We confirm by reply when it is done.
3. What gets deleted
- Your account, preferences and plan record.
- All thread, message, contact, commitment, change, state and feedback records.
- Any temporary message bodies still in the analysis queue.
- LexaKeep labels in your Gmail ("LexaKeep/Waiting on me", "LexaKeep/Commitment", "LexaKeep/Changed").
- Mailbox monitoring is stopped and your Google access token is revoked.
Deletion is permanent and completes within 24 hours. Billing records required by law are retained by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, for the statutory period.
4. Revoking access without deleting
You can also remove LexaKeep from your Google Account's third-party access page. This stops all reading immediately; your stored state stays until you delete it or it is removed under our retention policy.
