1. From the extension

  1. Open the LexaKeep side panel in Gmail and click the gear icon (Settings).
  2. Choose Delete all my data and confirm. The same button is on your account dashboard at lexakeep.lumerexa.com/dashboard.

2. By email

Write to support@lumerexa.com from the Google address you connected, with the subject "Delete my LexaKeep data". We confirm by reply when it is done.

3. What gets deleted

  • Your account, preferences and plan record.
  • All thread, message, contact, commitment, change, state, Reply Studio briefing, reminder, note and feedback records.
  • Any temporary message or draft bodies still in the analysis queue.
  • Nothing needs to be removed from your Gmail: LexaKeep never writes labels or drafts into your mailbox and holds no Google access token.

Deletion is permanent and completes within 24 hours. Billing records required by law are retained by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, for the statutory period.

4. Revoking access without deleting

You can also remove LexaKeep from your Google Account's third-party access page. This stops all reading immediately; your stored state stays until you delete it or it is removed under our retention policy.
