Waiting Board
Two lists, always current: who is waiting on you, and who you are waiting on. Each row shows the person, the ask in one sentence, and how long it has been open. Reply with context, snooze for a day, three days or a week, or mark it as not waiting.
Commitment Tracker
Promises made in either direction are extracted from every new message, with the due date resolved from phrases like “Friday” or “next week” and the original sentence kept as proof. Confirm, dismiss, mark done, edit the date or set a reminder. Overdue items rise to the top of your day.
Next Action
Every open thread gets one suggested move — reply, wait, follow up, schedule, forward or archive — with a single-line reason. Archive is only ever suggested when nothing is pending and no promise is open.
Thread State
A vertical timeline of the conversation: introduction, discussion, proposal, negotiation, agreed, delivery, closed. Milestones link straight to the message they came from, and open questions are listed underneath.
Change Detection
When a date, price, quantity or scope appears with a different value later in the same thread, LexaKeep shows both quotes side by side. It doesn't judge whether it's a revision or a slip — you do — and you can address it directly in your reply.
Contextual Reply
A draft written with the thread's state, open commitments and detected changes in front of the model — it cannot ignore them. Four modes: concise, detailed, direct, diplomatic. Add an instruction like “accept but ask for net-30”. The draft lands in Gmail compose; nothing is sent.
Morning Brief
At the hour you choose: overdue promises, what's due today, the oldest threads waiting on you, their overdue promises, and new changes. Built from your data with no guesswork, in the sidebar and optionally by email. If there's nothing, it says so.
Contact Memory
Click a sender's name and see the whole relationship: last inbound and outbound, open promises on each side, active threads with their stage, and a combined timeline. Add your own notes — the AI never touches them.
Privacy & Controls
Raw email bodies are never stored; only structured state and short quotes. Gmail access is read, label and draft only — no sending, archiving or deleting. Delete all your data in one click, and it's gone within 24 hours, labels and access included.
