Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Lumerexa ("we", "our") covering the LexaKeep browser extension, the lexakeep.lumerexa.com website and related services (together, the "Service"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Is

LexaKeep adds a side panel and inbox badges to Gmail that track the state of the conversations you open: waiting state, commitments in both directions, changes between messages, thread stage, a suggested next action, a Reply Studio that drafts replies, follow-up reminders with one-click follow-ups, a promise check while you write, a daily brief and per-contact memory. The Service works while Gmail is open in your browser; it does not access your mailbox through Google APIs.

The Service writes drafts into your compose window only. It never sends, archives or deletes email on your behalf and never writes into your mailbox. The promise check may pause a send once to ask a question; it never prevents you from sending.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You sign in with a Google account you control and grant the Gmail permissions described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke them at any time.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure.

4. Plans, Limits, Payments and Renewals

• Each plan's features and limits — daily limits on reply drafts and promise checks, whether the brief is sent by email, and any tracking window or cap on tracked conversations — are those shown on the Pricing page at the time you sign up or renew.
• Where a plan tracks a limited window, signals outside it are shown as counts only and are not deleted; they become available again on a plan that covers them.
• If a trial applies to new accounts, it is stated on the Pricing page. When a trial ends your account moves to the plan named there; nothing is deleted.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice before your next renewal.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel from your dashboard or by email; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled case by case within 14 days of a charge — write to support@lumerexa.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to process mailboxes you are not authorized to access;
• reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
• circumvent plan limits or share one account among several people;
• use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harass or deceive others.

6. AI-Generated Content

• Waiting states, commitments, changes, stages, next actions, Reply Studio briefings, reply drafts, follow-up texts and the promise check are produced with the help of AI models and may be incomplete or wrong. Every suggestion carries a confidence level and can be dismissed or corrected; your corrections win over the AI.
• You are responsible for reviewing any draft before you send it and for any decisions you make based on the Service. Drafts are never sent for you.
• Reply Studio lets you choose between the models we have enabled; some may be limited to paid plans. We may change the models behind any feature without notice, keeping the behaviour described here.
• The Service is not legal, financial or professional advice.

7. Your Content and Intellectual Property

Your emails, notes and the state derived from them remain yours. You grant us only the limited right to process them to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service, its software, design and trademarks belong to Lumerexa. You may not copy or redistribute them beyond what is needed to use the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on Google (Gmail and sign-in), AI model providers reached through OpenRouter, Resend for email delivery and Lemon Squeezy for payments. Their availability and terms are outside our control; where they change, the Service may change with them.

9. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Suspension and Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time and delete all your data from the side panel Settings or your dashboard.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the Service or create a security risk, with notice where reasonable.
• On termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that analysis will be accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumerexa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the extension or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to another forum.
